Kettering Borough Council's Conservative administration have been able to deliver the first new council homes in a generation. We have also continued to invest in making local housing stock energy efficient and fit for the future.
These schemes include:
✅5 new homes at Laburnum Crescent: a 3-bedroom wheelchair adapted bungalow, a 3-bedroom wheelchair adapted house and three 1-bedroom bungalows.
✅Total refurbishment of Montrose and Hamilton House on Hampden Crescent, creating two blocks of 18 1 and 2 bedroom flats.
✅More exciting schemes are on the way at Scott Road, Albert Street, the former Grange Methodist Chapel and the former Lawrence Factory site in Desborough.
